Plant Finance Controller - CA - FMCG

Profile :

- Development of Business MIS & providing analysis to Management in line with growing business requirements.

- Major Costing & MIS

- Issuance of Purchase Orders, Import & export documentation, coordination & tracking of Licences & approvals, Accounting & Tracking of Project Spends and Capitalization of Projects including current Greenfield Project.

- Support systems enhancements in line with IT plan including rollout of SAP, VIS, etc

Specific Responsibilities :

- Preparation and analysis of Plant Management reports with suitable recommendations and drive visibility on status of action items.

- Import & Export documentation & hands on experience on Export incentive & licencing schemes eg. EPCG.

- Project expenses tracking & analysis associated with all Projects including the Greenfield Project. Actively coordinating with accounting team on what all expenses are required to be capitalized in line with existing Accounting Standards/ Guidance notes issued by ICAI & US GAAP.

- Budgeting for Capital Plans for future years in close coordination with Cross functional inputs.

- Should be well acquainted with MS Office - excel, access etc. and handling large databases.

- Looking for Qualified CA with 8+ years of related experience in MNC organizations.

- Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required with good communication skills.

- Proficiency for SAP
