Plant Finance Controller - CA/CMA - Manufacturing

Position: Plant Finance Controller (Leading MNC Manufacturing Co)

Role:

- The role is a Finance role to lead the team of Controllers at the Plant

- Responsibilities including budgeting, internal control, operational plan, costing strategies, pricing strategies and other commercial matters at the plant

- Timely Costing for the actual period and projections (5 yr plan /Budgeting / Goals)

- Analytical understanding/detailing the trends of cost over period with variance analysis

- Reporting of financial performance of the plant, budgeting, planning, review and setting up systems to capture the cost information's and for generation of cost reports.

- Provide financial perspective to the Line managers and impact of tech performance/cost reduction projects in financial terms

- Dealing with Govt. Agencies on Taxation / Legal Issues and ensuring compliances with various laws and compliances of contractual obligations set forth in various contracts with suppliers / service providers / Govt. Agencies.

- Capex Tracking /Financial Evalutation,cost comparison & DAC (new project approvals)

- Indirect Taxation assessment

- Assimilating, Deploying and Maintaining Control as per the Company's Internal Control Framework

Requirements:

- Qualified CA/ CMA

- 11-16 yrs of experience in Plant Controlling, especially in a continuous process Industry

- Should have headed a team of controllers

- Good communication and team handling skills

- Good stakeholder management skills

- Should have the skills to understand and communicate in the local language too
