Urgently Hiring for Plant HR/Factory HR (Industrial Relations) – Kerala Location

Job Profile :

- Labour compliances

- Ensure Statutory registers, Notices, Display boards etc.

- Industrial licensing- Contract labour license, Registration Certificate, Shops &

- Establishment Registration, Factory License & Registration, etc

- Statutory returns-half yearly, annual etc.

- Statutory payments- Labour welfare fund etc.

- Govt. communications- notice of change of Manager/ occupier, address etc.

- Contractors and Contract Labour Management

- Legal and Court Cases

- Labour Inspections

- Union negotiation meetings and long term bonus settlement

Work Location : Kerala

CTC : 15 Lkhs to 22 Lkhs

Experience : 5 to 8 years

Candidate should be Graduate with a diploma/degree in Human Resource with Industrial Relations Exposure with strong background of handling multiple unions, interacting with Government Bodies, knowledge of Labour Laws , preferably from Manufacturing/Plant Exposure

Note : The candidate should know Malayalam language for this profile
