Plant Account Manager - Cost Accounting

- Analysing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs

- Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting pricesand profitability of products or services.

- Monitoring the cost accounts and record on weekly/monthly/quarterly/ annually.

- Monitoring and Review of Capital expenditure /New Projects Profitability and Cash Flow.

- Maintaining Cost Accounting System.

- Making estimates of new and proposed product costs.

- Able to compute product costing for impact analysis / variance analysis

- Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures

- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy.

- Ensure efficient working capital Management.

- Costing BOM process.

- Margin Analysis of Customers/Products

- Lead the Budgeting process and monitor deviations from budget assumptions and drive corrective actions.

- Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.

- Prepare Costing MIS report

- Monthly MIS reporting covering Financial and Operational parameters and leading business

- Monthly review process with Business and Unit Heads for corrective actions and decision making

- Preparation and monitoring of budgets, Strat Plans others MIS from time to time.
