Roles and Responsibilities
- Own growth planning and performance for the company across cities and locations
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to build accurate growth projections across locations and cities
- Monitor performance of all key growth metrics on a daily/weekly basis and present to leadership periodically
- Work with different stakeholders to understand blockers for growth, do RCAs and adjust plans accordingly
- Contribute in planning growth initiatives along with marketing & category teams
Required experience and skills
- 3+ years experience working in growth, marketing or other similar business functions
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong influencing & program management skills
- Should possess consumer centricity/consumer first thinking abilities
