Job Description :

Role purpose :

- Assist the State Business Head in review of overall business operations by developing effective project planning procedures.

- SPOC for all aspects pertaining to platforms and dashboards for a State.

- Proficiency in Plan Management, Issue tracking, escalation, and impact reduction.

- Escalating any issues/changes which may concern the operations and provide greater visibility to the core business.

- Organize, direct and execute the activities of assigned projects.

- Formulate, measure and report state business readiness and progress towards Business excellency

- Provide program support across all projects and requires familiarity with the existent platforms.

- Work on Program Specifications tasks and be updated on the platform and dashboard advancements in the system. .

- Ensure timely communications to NHQ organization on critical issues impacting day to day operations

- Develop templates and checklists for daily and weekly reporting of operational performance indicators.

- Review of Budgets, cost estimates, monitoring physical progress and schedule and establishing project targets and milestones.

- Provide Leadership to plan and organize work / projects to ensure deliverables from multiple departments as per timelines.

- Ensure cost optimization and productivity through proper planning.

Ensure monitoring of all SOPs, statutory compliances & commercial controls.

- Develop meaningful and actionable analysis from the reports, perform trend analysis and forecasts to assist in the planning process
