Mission Statement :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- As the Vice President PR and Communications, you will be the brain behind the international PR strategy to establish PlanetSpark as a global market leader in communication skills for kids. You will also be the sole custodian of all internal and external communication in the company.

- You would be working closely with the founders and senior leadership team to bring out share worthy stories. You would also partner with PR agencies in India, US and Middle East to plan and execute the company's PR objectives.

Responsibilities:

1) PR Strategy :

- Design the PR strategy aligned with the organizational goals

- Customize the strategy for India and global geographies

- Create monthly and quarterly PR plans

2) Communication :

- Craft clear and crisp external communication copies and press releases

- Draft authored articles to establish thought leadership

- Conceptualize and create white papers and research reports

3) Agency Management :

- Work closely with PR agencies to plan and execute the PR strategy

- Track and monitor progress as per the PR plan

4) Internal Communications :

- Draft key internal communications and emails for employees and teachers

- Work closely with the founders on internal presentations and townhalls

What Are We Looking For?

- Must have 10+ years of experience in PR and Communications with a long stint at a fast-growing consumer internet startup

- Past experience at managing a PR agency

- A deep understanding on how to build the PR function at a startup from scratch and help the startup gain prominence

- Exceptional written communication

- Deep industry contacts in print and broadcast media and past experience of working at a PR firm would be a big plus

- Masters in Communications from tier-1 institutes such as IIMC / ACJ / Xavier's would be an added plus

- Living in or Relocatable to Gurgaon
