Mission Statement :

Lead the online growth of PlanetSpark across 15+ countries by owning the lead to conduction to conversion funnel

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

The VP for Growth Marketing will be the sole custodian for all domestic and international growth initiatives at the company. The incumbent will lead the performance marketing team of marketing associates and designer(s).

Responsibilities :

1) Performance Marketing :

- Lead a team that runs performance marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter across 5 different geographies

- Create and optimize performance marketing campaigns

- Run A/B tests to fine-tune communication and targeting

- Analyse performance and maintain performance dashboards

2) Landing Pages and Conversion Funnel :

- Design and A/B test landing pages

- Work closely with the product teams to optimize the conversion funnel across web and apps

- Create drip marketing flows and communication to improve conversion

3) Data analytics and campaign optimization

- Create analytics funnel to help analyse costs and optimize campaigns

4) New Channels and Partnerships :

- Unlock new growth channels and growth hacks in accordance with different growth stages of the company

5) Affiliate Marketing :

- Enter into new affiliate partnerships for local geographies to deliver growth

What Are We Looking For ?

- Must have 10+ years of experience in online growth for a high growth consumer tech startup

- Experience in running international growth campaigns is highly desirable

- A highly analytical and brand mindset

- B.Tech or MBA from a Tier-1 institute would be highly desirable

- Living in or Relocatable to Gurgaon

- A keen desire to build products for a fast-growing Series B funded startup

- An apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up the analytics function and shape it independently like a Founder
