The Role:

The Digital Marketing Specialist / Senior Digital Marketing Specialist would be a key member of the growth team and will work on helping the company achieve exponential growth.

First 3 months:

You will:

1) Create campaigns across Google, FB, Taboola and Outbrain

2) Conduct research to find new avenues for creating campaigns

3) Analyse data and create reports

In 4 to 9 months:

You will:

1) Get independent ownership of one channel

2) Get understanding of the full marketing funnel

3) Understand non-technical aspects of growth such as copywriting, design, understanding the customer

In 10 months to 15 months:

You will:

1) Lead multiple channels with complete accountability

2) Manage a small team

3) Become a full funnel marketeer who understands copywriting, creatives, data analysis, marketing funnel optimisation and technical campaign management

What are we looking for?

- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing at a reputed agency or a fast growth internet company

- The willing to understand the marketing behind digital marketing

- Very strong data orientation

- Design appreciation will be an added advantage

- The ability to execute quickly

- Living in Gurgaon (or adjoining areas in Delhi) or relocatable to Gurgaon.
