Bulk Hiring is responsible for efficiently and effectively sourcing, assessing, and hiring a high volume of candidates to meet the organization's staffing needs. This role requires expertise in bulk recruitment strategies, candidate pipeline management, and collaborative teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Bulk Recruitment:

- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for bulk hiring needs, including but not limited to seasonal or project-based staffing requirements.

- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and timelines.

- Source, screen, and interview a high volume of candidates, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.

- Manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.

2. Candidate Sourcing:

- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and partnerships to attract a large volume of candidates.

- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.

- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.

3. Screening and Assessment:

- Conduct initial candidate assessments, including resume reviews and phone interviews, to determine qualifications and fit.

- Administer relevant assessments or tests as required for specific roles.

- Coordinate and conduct bulk interview sessions, ensuring a standardized and efficient process.

4. Candidate Experience:

- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely and informative communication.

- Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly.

- Collect and analyze candidate feedback to improve the recruitment process.


- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

- Years of experience in high-volume or bulk recruitment, preferably in [industry].

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
