Mission Statement for the Role

Hire 300 Management Trainees from Tier 1 MBA institutes (Ranked 10 to 30) for the batch of 2022

Eligibility Criteria:

- Willing to work 6 days a week at a Series A startup

- MUST HAVE Demonstrated experience in campus recruitment at Tier 1 MBA institutes for a reputed startup / MNC

- A strong network of connections with placement committees of MBA institutes

- Excellent interviewing skills

- A hands-on - one-person army- who could run the entire placement process independently

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager for Campus Recruitment is a key role that will help in fueling the next lever for growth for PlanetSpark. This role will play a pivotal role in building the next level of talent pipeline for the company through the Management Trainee Program. These management trainees with be the top students from each campus and will be given best-in-class career progression and compensation by the company.

It is expected that the processes will be conducted virtually for all the campuses in this placement season.

Responsibilities:

Campus Presentation

- Conduct impactful presentations (virtually) to clearly articulate the company vision and the career path for the students

- Answer student queries to their satisfaction

Campus Process Management

- Conduct the initial group discussions and role play rounds for the candidates

- Take the first screening round for the shortlisted candidates

- Manage the operations for the rest of the process till offer roll-out

Campus Identification

- Identify the top MBA institutes and connect with their placement committees

Pre-Campus Branding

- Partner with the placement committee to carry out campus branding initiatives to attract top talent

Getting the top slots (Day 0 or 1 only)

- Partner with the placement committee to get a Day 0 slot in various campuses

- Validate the slots provided by the placement committee through networks to ensure that correct communication on the slot is received by the placecom

KPIs

- 300 Management Trainee joiners for the season of 2022

- Hire from Tier-1 institutes (Ranked 10 to 30)

- Day 0 slot in at least 75% of campuses
