Eligibility Criteria:
- Willing to work in a Series A funded startup and build it from scratch
- MUST HAVE 4 to 7 years of experience in online growth for a high growth consumer tech startup or a performance marketing agency
- Experience in running international SEM and FB campaigns is highly desirable
- A highly analytical and brand mindset
- BTech or MBA from a Tier-1 institute would be highly desirable
- Living in or Relocatable to Gurgaon and willing to work 6 days a week
Roles and Responsibilities:
The Sr Manager for Growth Marketing will be the custodian for all domestic and international growth initiatives at the company. This is high accountability and high-impact role.
Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
- Lead a team that runs performance marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, Bing, etc.
- Create and optimize performance marketing campaigns
- Run A/B tests to fine-tune communication and targeting
- Analyse performance and maintain performance dashboards
Campaign Optimization:
- Craft clear and consistent communication for the campaigns to improve the CTR
- Localize communication in various geographies
- Run multiple experiments to optimize for CPL, CPC, and ROI
Reporting and Analytics:
- Create dashboards to monitor and track the performance marketing data across Geographies
- Analyse the data and come up with actionable insights
