PlanetSpark - Manager - Video Marketing

Eligibility Criteria:

- Willing to work 6 days a week

- Willing to work in an early-stage startup and build everything from scratch

- Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon

- Excellent understanding of video content from a technical and branding perspective

- Excellent execution ability with proven experience in developing video content for a digital brand

Roles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement:

The Manager, Video Marketing would lead all video marketing content at PlanetSpark and help the company build a strong and loved brand for building communication skills for students. This is a crucial role that links the thousands of class and competition videos created within the organization to the external world.

This is a team leadership role that involves branding, video editing, community building and cross functional collaboration.

Outcomes Expected

1. Video Marketing Strategy

- Understand the different kind of video content that is available within the organization

- Formulate the content strategy for youtube, instagram, facebook and linkedin by working closely with the social media team

- Conceptualize the various playlists and channels to be featured on the website

2. Video branding

- Come up with branding templates and best formats for various types of types of videos

3. Video editing

- Lead a team of video editors to come up with weekly video content targets

4. Building traction

- Think of ways to build traction on various channels through organic and paid channels

- Collaborate with other brands

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 2-5 years of experience in leading video content for a consumer brand

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Highly creative bent of mind and a deep understanding of brands

- A hands-on approach with a strong execution mindset

- Technical understanding of video editing tools
