PlanetSpark - Manager - Teacher Operations

We have over 30k students from 13 countries, 3500 teachers and are the category creators and market leaders in communication skills. Responsibilities:

The Program/ Operations Manager will be the owner of the teacher training function. This is a mission-critical role that will directly impact the teacher quality and customer enrolment for the company.

You will be responsible to ensure that the operations of the teacher training program run smoothly, there is a minimum drop in the training process, and the training quality is continuously improving.

KPIs :

You will have 2 KPIs that will be measured on a week-on-week basis.

1. Drop % for the training batch (funnel drop)

2. Count of teachers who were able to get enrolment post training (conversion rate)

To achieve the KPIs, the incumbent will have to work on the following levers:

1. Training Delivery :

- Ensure that the newly hired teachers are trained on our in-house curriculum

- Ensure that the trainers are delivering effective training

- Come up with strategies to continuously improve training delivery and teacher engagement during the training

2. Training Operations :

- Ensure smooth training operations

- Ensure smooth communication throught the training process for the new batch

- Come up with strategies to automate the training processes

3. Data deep dive :

- Track key metrics to related to operations, delivery, drop, conversion

- Continuously improve training process basis data insights

Ideal candidate:

- Strong data orientation

- Should have experience in automating the processes

- Hands on approach

- Team management experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Startup experience will be preferred
