PlanetSpark - Manager/Senior Manager - Business Operations

Eligibility Criteria:

- Willing to work 6 days a week

- Willing to work in an early-stage startup and build everything from scratch

- MUST HAVE 4-6 years of prior experience in operations at a consumer tech / e-commerce startup

- Must possess Systems Thinking and excellent intra-company collaboration ability

- Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon

Roles and Responsibilities/Mission Statement:

The Senior Manager / Manager Operations will play a key role in ensuring that the entire operations of the company run smoothly through a process and data driven approach.

Process Design

- Understand key operational problems and create processes related to class management, teacher management and customer management

- Drive processes and iterate based on feedback

Team Management

- Hire and lead a team of operations executives to drive existing processes

Driving Operational Metrics

- Track and monitor operational metrics and create processes to improve them

- Turn data and analytics into actionable insights for the Sales and Marketing teams

Data Hygiene

- Owning the CRM and data hygiene and drive compliance

Collaboration with Sales and Tech Teams

- Champion the S & OP meetings (Sales & Operations Meeting) with the Sales Team

- Work closely with the technology team to build product features to streamline sales process

- Ability to build strong relationship with internal teams

- String analytical ability and numerical ability

- Familiarity with CRMs, databases and sales software
