Roles and Responsibilities

As the Business Development Manager - Teacher Supply, you will be leading a team of Business Development Associates to help PlanetSpark scale up the teacher supply by hiring the right teachers for the platform. This is a high impact role and directly contributes to the business growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

- Be accountable for weekly targets for teacher supply

- Distribute targets amongst team members and closely drive target completion

- Take morning and evening huddles with the team

- Coach and mentor Business Development Associates to help them achieve their targets

- Analyze performance data to look at levers for improving performance

What are We Looking For?

- 2 to 4 years of experience in business development at a consumer startup or a large consumer company with a high hustle culture

- Demonstrated performance at delivering business development targets week on week

- Excellent team leadership skills and the ability to drive team members towards stretch targets

- An analytical and problem-solving mindset

- Living in or Relocatable to Gurgaon and willing to work 6 days a week

What are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for?

- A keen desire to grow the business for a fast-growing Series B funded startup

- An apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up the teacher supply and shape it independently like a Founder
