Shortlisting Criteria :

- 2-5 years of experience at building brands at a tier-1 agency or a startup
- Original thought process and a brands mindset
- Excellent execution ability
Roles and Responsibilities :
The Brand Manager / Assistant Brand Manager would be the sole custodian of all branding efforts at PlanentSpark and would be instrumental in building a global band in language learning. This is a global role and works closely with the founders
1) Conceptualize and execute live events
- Understand the customer needs and ideate live public speaking and creative writing events to attract customers
- Design a calendar of events
- Create strong visual branding and messaging for the events
- Promote the events at various online channels to drive traffic
2) Strategic partnerships and tie-ups
- Collaborate with famous personalities and other brands to do co branding promotional events
- Drive engagement and traffic through the partnerships
3) Website and sales messaging
- Give creative inputs for the messaging on the website and other branding collaterals
Ideal Candidate :
- 2 to 5 years of work experience at an marketing agency
- OR 2-5 years of experience as a brand manager at a startup
- The ability to ideate and execute 360 degree marketing campaigns
- A background in public speaking and creative writing would be a great plus
