Roles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement :

1. The AD, Sales would be leading a large sales team in Domestic Business

2. The person will be a custodian for revenue generation in the team

3. Meet revenue numbers through team targets

4. Deep understanding of Sales, and be able to build the right plans from concept to execution.

5. To deliver 1 Crore revenue per week by selling PlanetSpark live online classes

Outcomes Expected :

1. Call post demo hot leads and convert

2. Deliver 1 Crore revenue per week

3. Generate 300 enrollments /week for PlanetSpark Live Online Classes with ARPU as 34k

What are we looking for :

- Excellent Leadership skills.

- 6 to 9 years of Direct Sales work experience ( Preferably in a B2C startup )

- Willing to work 6 days a week

- Working out of Gurgaon / Willing to relocate to Gurgaon

What are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for?

- A keen desire to drive Business Development/ Sales for a fast-growing Series B funded startup

- An apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up Business Development/Sales and shape it independently like a Founder
