Mission Statement for the Role:
Lead the online growth of PlanetSpark across 15+ countries by owning the lead to conduction to conversion funnel
Eligibility Criteria:
- Willing to work in a Series A funded startup and build from scratch
- MUST HAVE 7 to 10 years of experience in online growth for a high growth consumer tech startup
- Experience in running international growth campaigns is highly desirable
- A highly analytical and brand mindset
- B.Tech or MBA from a Tier-1 institute would be highly desirable
- Living in or Relocatable to Gurgaon and willing to work 6 days a week
Roles and Responsibilities:
- The Associate Director for Growth Marketing will be the sole custodian for all domestic and international growth initiatives at the company. This is high accountability and high impact role, working directly with the founders.
- The incumbent will lead the performance marketing team of marketing associates and designer(s).
Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
- Lead a team that runs performance marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter across 5 different geographies
- Create and optimize performance marketing campaigns
- Run A/B tests to fine-tune communication and targeting
- Analyse performance and maintain performance dashboards
Branding and Communications:
- Craft clear and consistent communication strategy for the company, in line with the brand promise
- Localize communication in various geographies
- Be the custodian of all marketing messaging across all channels
Landing Pages and Conversion Funnel :
- Design and A/B test landing pages
- Work closely with the product teams to optimize the conversion funnel across web and apps
- Create drip marketing flows and communication to improve conversion
New Channels and Partnerships:
- Unlock new growth channels and growth hacks in accordance with different growth stages of the company
- Enter into new affiliate partnerships for growth
