Job Description :

Are you excited about leveraging your HR experience in building and leading the HR function for a fast-growing Series A funded edtech startup? This could be that opportunity for you.

Ideal Profile :

- 8+ years of HR experience (preferably in a startup)

- Post Graduation in HR from a Tier 1/2 Campus i.e. XLRI, TISS, MDI, SCMHRD, IMT etc

- Ability to drive the HR agenda in a constantly changing startup environment

- Very strong focus on people development and culture building

- Living in / relocatable to Gurgaon and willing to work 6 days a week

Roles and Responsibilities :

The Associate Director, HR will be the custodian of the people agenda at PlanetSpark and champion a positive culture at the company. The incumbent will need to build processes and systems and also drive them.

Culture and Engagement :

- Lead the engagement agenda of the organization

- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key engagement strategies and solutions and be a part of the design and implementation of policy and process from scratch

Onboarding & Induction :

- Design and deploy employee induction process for new campus hires

- Owning up the company DNA and spreading it far and wide during the new campus hire induction

Talent & Performance Management :

- Lead the implementation & change of robust, consistent and flexible performance management system, linked to the remuneration system, putting the Talent Management framework in place

- End to end employee lifecycle management, from entry to exit

HR Operations :

- Lead the HR operations team to drive smooth functioning

- Lead HR Tech implementation on Darwinbox

Talent Acquisition :

- Lead a team of recruiters and build strong candidate pipeline for all positions/key roles

- Create campus relations and drive campus hiring strategy for the company
