Eligibility Criteria :

- Willing to work in a Series B startup, and build everything from scratch

- MUST HAVE 7-10 years of experience in building digital brands at a consumer internet company

- Strong creative mind and passion for building brands

- Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon or South Delhi and willing to work 6 days a week

Roles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement :

The Associate Director, Branding would lead all branding and content initiatives and help building the most loved global brand for helping kids become better speakers and writers. This is a key role for the company and is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a loved brand for a fast-growing digital B2C startup.

This is a team leadership role that involves leading an in-house team and working with external agencies.

Outcomes Expected :

Brand Development:

- Develop a brand guide in association with a brand agency

- Create consistent messaging and positioning

Performance Marketing Collaterals:

- Design customized performance marketing collaterals for both text and video formats across different channels

- A/B test for effectiveness and refine

- Design landing pages that help in conversion

Branding Content:

- Develop brand videos to build an emotional connection with the brand

- Execute content development through a team and agencies

Marketing Communications:

- Design internal and external communication in line with the brand voice (emailers, messages, brochures, guides etc)

- Develop powerful marketing collaterals for the sales teams

- Develop and maintain blogs

Website Communication:

- Ideate the most effective communication for the website

- Work closely with the SEO team and the tech team to get new pages implemented

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- MUST HAVE 7-10 years of experience in building digital brands at a consumer internet company

- MUST HAVE Excellent written communication skills and a creative mind

- Ability to lead creative teams and drive them towards a goal

- MBA is not mandatory - we welcome all candidates with relevant experience and skills
