PlanetSpark - AM /Manager - International Growth Marketing (Facebook)

Mission Statement for the Role:

Lead the online growth of PlanetSpark across 15+ countries through Facebook and Instagram

Eligibility Criteria :

- Willing to work in a Series A funded startup and build from scratch

- MUST HAVE 1 to 3 years of experience in online growth for a high growth consumer tech startup or a performance marketing agency

- Experience in running international growth campaigns is highly desirable

- A highly analytical and brand mindset

- BTech or MBA from a Tier-1 institute would be highly desirable

- Living in or Relocatable to Gurgaon and willing to work 6 days a week

Roles and Responsibilities:

- The Assistant Manager / Manager for growth marketing (FB / Insta) will be the custodian for all domestic and international growth initiatives at the company. This is high accountability and high impact role.

Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing:

- Lead a team that runs performance marketing campaigns on FB and Insta

- Create and optimize performance marketing campaigns

- Run A/B tests to fine-tune communication and targeting

- Analyse performance and maintain performance dashboards

Campaign Optimization:

- Craft clear and consistent communication for the campaigns to improve the CTR

- Localize communication in various geographies

- Run multiple experiments to optimize for CPL, CPC, and ROI

Reporting and Analytics:

- Create dashboards to monitor and track the SEM data across Geographies

- Analyse the data and come up with actionable insights
