Mission Statement

Generate leads by leveraging CRM automation through SMS, Email, IVR, WhatsApp and App

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

As the AM / Manager for CRM Marketing, you will be completely responsible for managing the entire CRM of the company and generating leads through various channels. You would be responsible for leveraging the existing leads database of non-converted customers and external databases to generate leads.

Your roles and responsibilities include:

1) CRM Implementation

- Implement the automated CRM system by working closely with the product team

- Integrate various tools essential for a successful CRM implementation

2) Creating customer cohorts

- Create customer cohorts based on certain customer metrics such as demo booked, demo attended with high interest, medium interest and low interest

- Define the characteristics of various cohorts and understand their needs and key drivers

3) Creating omnichannel CRM flows

- Create omnichannel flows across SMS, Email, IVR, WhatsApp, and App

- Work closely with the marketing communications team to craft powerful and persuasive messaging

- Run campaigns across each cohort

4) Cold database campaigns

- Run lead generation campaigns using cold databases using omnichannel approach

5) Engagement and Demo Conduction

- Create campaigns for customer engagement to help in better conversion from lead to a demo class

- Create flows to help in conversion from a demo class to a counselling session with the sales team

6) Reporting and Measurement

- Track and measure key performance KPIs on a regular manner

- Create reports and dashboards to monitor progress and gather insights

What are We Looking For?

- Must have 3 to 7 years of experience in CRM marketing with a B2C consumer internet company

- Strong understanding of all marketing channels such as SMS, IVR, Email, Whatsapp and App notifications

- Strong experience in implementation and use of marketing automation tools

- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills to create logical flows for various drip marketing campaigns

- Excellent written communication skills and an understanding of the right messaging for the customer

- Very strong orientation towards meeting KPIs and leads targets and looking at data driven insights

- A keen desire to build the CRM marketing function for a fast-growing Series B funded startup

- An apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up the CRM marketing function and shape it independently like a Founder
