Roles and Responsibilities:

- Create and implement online marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue

- Collaborate with partners for increasing the traffic on the site/s as well as the sales

- Design and generate online marketing material

- Work closely with Company leadership for Brand promotion & enhancement

- Analyze and identify trends in the women fashion industry

- Create marketing strategies based on the changing trends in the women fashion industry

- Drive traffic to website/s using a variety of methods

- Develop and maintain social media profiles

- Establish an effective presence on social media sites

- Improve search-engine rankings and ensure content appears high on search rankings

- Plan and implement all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media advertisement campaigns

- Design and implement a comprehensive plan for maintaining social media presence

- Measure and report performance of all online marketing campaigns

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Qualification and Requirements

- MBA with specialization in Marketing/Business Management from a reputed university/institute.

- Exceptional oral and written communication skills

- Excellent command over business communication skills

- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting targets

- Must be a self-starter with significant career ambitions who is comfortable achieving maximum results with minimal supervision.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in online/digital/marketing in eCommerce segment or retail industry.
