Who are we looking for? A person who is extremely passionate about Business Development, Sales and "Starting Up" in general. The person is going to be a part of a closely knit small team of passionate individuals with a single minded focus to sell India's first genuinely world class Edtech learning classes (Housed in OYO Townhouses through a strategic tie up with OYO) for kids in the neighborhood. This is a core team role and will be reporting directly to the Founders. Job Description : 1. Generate leads for PlanetSpark learning zones through offline marketing an offline sales 2. Passionately lead offline lead gen through canopy placements, door to door activations, offline events in neighbourhoods 3. Field Work 4. Lead a team of interns and employees 5. Build partnerships with schools to generate leads through activities and workshops 5. Lead expansion into other cities in the future 6. The role needs the person be on-ground to figure out solutions to problems, hustle on the field all day and lead and motivate teams. Experience : - 4 to 10 years of experience in BTL activities for consumer teach business, startups or FMCG brands is a MUST. - Should have worked and grown up the ladder in BTL roles - On-field experience is mandatory What are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for? - A keen desire to drive the Business Development/Sales for a fast growing seed funded early stage startup - An apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up Business Development/Sales and shape it independently like a Founder Primary Skill : - Ability to hustle and take cold calls - Sales Mindset - Ability to take demos and convince parents - A keen desire to achieve targets and make incentive CTC : In the range of 12 LPA About PlanetSpark : PlanetSpark is a Seed Funded (by FIITJEE Limited) Edtech startup based out of Gurgaon.
