PlanetSpark - Assistant Vice President - Academics & Content

Roles and Responsibilities/ Mission Statement:

- The AVP, Academics and Content will be the sole custodian for Academics, Content, Teacher Training and Teacher Selection in the team

- Set up teacher training interventions

- Lead teacher ILTs and OJTs

- Own up English learning content and learning outcomes for kids

- Select the right quality teachers by creating an evaluation matrix for teacher selection

- Deep understanding of English Language learning, and be able to build the right plans from concept to execution.

What are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for?

- A keen desire to drive the Business Development/Sales for a fast-growing seed-funded early stage startup

- An apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up Business Development/Sales and shape it independently like a Founder

Eligibility Criteria:

- Willing to work 6 days a week

- Willing to work in a Series A funded startup and build everything from scratch

- Relocatable/Working out of Gurgaon

- 7 to 14 years of Academics, Training or Content Background (Preferably in English Learning)

- Past entrepreneurial experience is highly valued
