Brief Role and Responsibilities :

- Incumbent should have good sales for General Staffing and Others Staffing.

- Responsible for generating business from Companies through services like Contractual Staffing, Payroll & HRMS Software, Payroll Processing, Compliance.

- Developing growth strategies and plans

- Managing and retaining relationships with clients

- Negotiating with stakeholders

- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

- Sales & Market Strategies Development

- Formulate sales strategies, plan and budgets to develop existing accounts and develop new business.
