Job Duties:

- Proven track record of success in a recruiting role, having had responsibility for screening, interviewing and hiring for multiple positions

- Source talent both through filling open requisitions as well as through proactive talent pooling techniques, regularly keeping any such talent pools

- Analyzes the recruitment requirement, prepares the recruitment dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes.

- Analyzes the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements

- Hands on experience in campus recruitments

- Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them

- Oversee the development of a recruitment strategy which is in line to the expansion of the various projects.

- Negotiate salaries with candidates based on available salary scale criteria.

- Perform any other task that assigned time to time.

Key Skills:

- Recruitment and Job Interviewing Skills

- Ability to negotiate and close candidates

- Excellent written and Verbal Communication.

- Ability to close down the profile in stipulated time

- Prior proven experience of sourcing candidates via key word and skill search
