- Prepare hiring forecasts & executed mass hiring within budgetary allocations
- Develop sourcing plan for the required numbers and ensured periodic delivery against the same
- Manage the complete recruitment life-cycle to get best talent from diverse sources
- Capacity Planning with Stakeholders and striving for constant improvements in hiring metrics
- Built an effective bench-strength across Lines of Business
- Detect and accomplish creative recruitment strategies
Operations / Process Management :
- Implement systems to achieve operations efficiency; spearhead process improvement initiatives
- Identify new cost effective and efficient vendors for recruitment and background check of employees
- Run the campus recruitment activity every year
- Prepare & Present various weekly/monthly MIS reports pertaining to recruitment/productivity
- Monitor the overall functioning of the division and identify improvement areas
- Create & sustain an environment that fosters development & motivates high performance
- Mentor and train a team.
