Plaksha University - Senior Associate/Associate/Manager - Development

Plaksha University is looking to hire a fundraising rockstar for its development team, preferably with 2+ years of work experience. Plaksha is one of the largest collective philanthropic initiatives of the country. The role will involve working directly with Plaksha's global founding community of CXOs, business leaders, and entrepreneurs. Roles and responsibilities include:

- Donor stewardship, prospecting, and database management

- Marketing: Social media management for founder engagement, creating and sending fortnightly newsletters, managing website content update, etc.

- Creating and updating fundraise collaterals including concept decks, proposals, etc.

- Managing events, sessions, and meetings
