We are seeking talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey and turn our ambitious vision into reality. Currently, we have an opening for an Analyst position in the Institutional Advancement Team. The Institutional Advancement Team's mission is to cultivate lifelong champions for our cause and secure financial support for the University. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and data.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop inspiring and compelling proposals for prospective donors, including ultra-high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and global foundations.

- Create customized proposals to drive fundraising initiatives, such as scholarships and the naming of intellectual or physical assets.

- Collaborate with colleagues in academia, projects, and other teams to gather necessary information for proposals.

- Conduct primary and secondary research to identify qualified prospects.

- Continuously research existing donors for potential upsell opportunities.

- Manage and update the prospect pipeline, including follow-ups.

- Generate MIS reports and CRM documentation as required.

- Prepare and finalize documentation needed for prospect closing, including MoUs and pledge letters.

- Ability to leverage resources and networks, including online portals and listingsto gather intelligence and insights - ET 500, Fortune 500, Capital Markets, VCC, etc.

Personal qualities and skills desired:

- Postgraduate in any field (preferred)

- Minimum 1-3 years of work experience as business analyst (preferred)

- Demonstrated research skills with the ability to gather data and generate knowledge from multiple sources, both digital and print, primary and secondary.

- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

- Process-oriented mindset with excellent organization and discipline.

- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Commitment to excellence, accuracy, and attention to detail.

- Adaptability to thrive in a startup environment with evolving scopes of work and changing needs.
