Roles and Responsibilities
- Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
- Search for new client leads.
- Manage relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
- Research schools & colleges/ companies to develop leads.
- Establish and maintain effective contact with the potential and existing customer base through
direct marketing and cold calling.
- Achieve targets of business associations with schools and colleges for varied products
- Conduct quarterly check-ins with existing/potential clients to evaluate service and promote
workshops, training activities, new features and products.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the form of reports
