P&L Head - eCommerce

- Experience in personal care is preferred. Should have exposure of handling complete P&L & online accounts.

- Must have hands on experience in dealing with different marketplaces for online sales.

- Role majorly needs very strong experience of sales in ecommerce channel.

- Candidates residing in Mumbai is preferred the most. Outstation candidate must have very strong reason to relocate.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Drive the relationship for company with all online portals, online brand store bringing in global best practices, driving all category negotiations and managing overall e-commerce advertising spends.

- Responsible for P&L management, category management, business development, team management and relationship management.

- Manage company's e-commerce strategy for all product categories

- Mentor a team of managers and play essential role towards growth of business, to deliver continuous growth along with improvement in profitability
