P&L Head - Digital SBU - Insurance

The person will need to set up Digital SBU in an existing big Insurance company.

The person will have a team responsible for each of the following role reporting directly to him

1. Digital Marketing

2. Call centre

3. eCommerce

4. Digital Technology

5. Web Aggregation and Partnerships

- The person will be reporting to The chief Digital and Strategy Officer of the company. That person is on executive committee of the management.

- The person will be responsible to run it like a separate P & L.

- He/she will have high interaction with Marketing and Technology functional heads.

- He/she will be aligning the Digital with the overall strategy of the company.

- Be able to lead a team of AVPs/ Senior managers

- Be a Team Player

- Be entrepreneurial and courageous to suggest / take bold decisions

- Speed of execution
