P&L Head - B2B

- Lead P&L of complete B2B business across India based.

- Drive results out of a large team - Deliver profitable high pace growth.

- Work with Clients ensuring their SLAs are met.

- Controlled experiments/pilots to improve efficiency and maximise revenue per fleet.

- Deliver execution excellence.

- Exhibit Tight control on inventory/assets by building robust processes and check mechanisms.

- Strong review mechanism of the team on critical business metrics.

Eligibility :

1. Experience, 3-8 years 'experience in revenue/sales/P&L/operations/business

2. Start-up experience preferred

1. A proven track record of delivering results in a high pace work environment

2. High result-orientation & execution excellence

3. Very strong in data & building processes

4. Ability to lead a large multi-functional team
