Job Summary:

We are looking for a hard-working and determined manager to oversee operations and sales for our existing Indian operation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in interfacing with the USA management team, requiring excellent communication skills. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the certification industry and a proven track record of success, along with a strong understanding of the commercial marketplace for "ISO" standards, you might be the ideal fit for our organization. Your organizational and detail-oriented skills will be essential, as well as your ability to build a robust back-end support system for the USA operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Oversee and lead the day-to-day operations of our Indian office, aligning strategies with global objectives.

- Communication Skills: Interface effectively with the USA management team, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration.

- Industry Experience: Leverage a minimum of 5 years of experience in the certification industry and a proven track record of success, coupled with a deep understanding of the commercial marketplace for "ISO" standards.

- Organizational Skills: Utilize strong organizational and detail-oriented skills to enhance operational efficiency.

- Support System Development: Build and optimize a back-end support system for the USA operations, contributing to overall organizational success.

- Sales Growth: Work towards secondary goals of growing sales in standards that commend gross margins and contribute to overall revenue.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the certification industry.

- Proven track record of success in a similar leadership role.
