Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement production planning strategies and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize costs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, develop production schedules, and allocate resources effectively - Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and on-time delivery - Identify bottlenecks, resolve issues, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency - Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of raw materials - Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in production planning and control Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field - 7 to 10 years of experience in production planning, control, and fulfilment, preferably in the FMCG industry - Proven track record of successfully implementing production planning strategies and improving operational efficiency - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent leadership and team management abilities - Knowledge of ERP software and production planning tools - Effective communication and collaboration skills
