Procurement Head We are looking for an experienced Procurement Head you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement activities related to Home Care, Personal Care, and Puja Category. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities for the Home Care ,Personal Care & Puja Category. categories. - Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure timely availability of quality products. - Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships. - Monitor market trends, assess supplier performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with business objectives. - Implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and tools for efficient procurement operations. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical sourcing practices. - Manage a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. - Contribute to strategic decision-making related to sourcing, supplier selection, and product development. - Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and technologies related to Home Care and Personal Care products. Qualifications: - More than 15 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the FMCG industry (Non Food). - Strong knowledge of Home Care and Personal Care products and market dynamics. - Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization. - Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. - Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Experience in managing and developing a team of procurement professionals. - Familiarity with relevant regulations and ethical sourcing practices. - Ability to drive process improvement and implement best practices. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. - Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
