Responsibilities :

1. Control residential / commercial projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design

2. Site Supervision / Site Inspection

3. Daily progress reports of the projects

4. Co-ordinating and organizing meetings with architects, consultants, engineers etc.

5. Develop ideas, buildings usage and complete real estate operations

6. Vendor Management

7. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations make on site visits to check on project status and report on project.

SALARY RANGE : Open for Negotiation
