Role :

- Be the go-to expert for driving performance marketing and growth strategies for driving business growth and customer acquisition.

- Optimizing scalable campaigns across multiple digital channels to deliver the best ROI.

- Formulating strategies for paid/unpaid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks

- Identifying replicable/scalable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for developing and executing the company's online marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is well-rounded: analytical, and metrics-driven.

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools is a must (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)

Qualifications/Requirements :

- Should have 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing

- Experience in running large scale SEO/SEM campaigns

- Experience in strategizing UAC, FB, Google and affiliate campaigns.

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords, paid social, Display media, YT marketing campaigns etc.

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage & convert

- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing (google, fb etc.) and measurement

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Entrepreneurial, creative out-of-the-box thinker, with a get-things-done attitude

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
