Piramal - Zonal Head - Collections

We are looking to hire for a "Zonal Head - Collections" position across varied locations which include Mumbai/Pune/Ahmedabad

The role reports into the National Head

- Manage and ensure delinquency related parameters (including collections efficiency, roll forward/roll back%, NPA%, quick mortality, non-starters%, bounce rate etc.) are within targets

- Assess and formulate collections policies and procedures that provide for timely collections and recovery

- Prepare budgets for driving the collections and recovery activities through discussion with internal and external partners

- Manage and ensure delinquency related parameters (including collections efficiency, roll forward/roll back%, NPA%, quick mortality, non-starters%, bounce rate etc.) are within targets

- Assess and formulate collections policies and procedures that provide for timely collections and recovery

- 12-20 years of relevant work experience working in recoveries in a large scale HFC/NBFC

- Experience driving collection and recoveries of the entire loan portfolio in HFC/NBFC and managing a team

- Managing vendors, cross functional teams

- Networking with law enforcement & judiciary.
