In real estate, the platform provides housing finance and other financing solutions across the entire capital stack such as structured debt, construction finance, flexi lease rental discounting, etc. Purpose of Job : The incumbent will be responsible for growing our Real Estate book , through various channels & source new relationships with a focus on managing the quality of credit portfolio. Essential Qualifications : CA or MBA Essential Experience : 1) 12 - 15 years of experience in a Bank/ NBFC/ IPC. 2) He / She should have worked in an origination / acquisition role and have held prior senior leadership position in Banks / Financial Institutions. 3) Well versed with India Credit, Distribution and risk environment. 4) Excellent oral and written communication skills. 5) Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and good self-management discipline. 6) Entrepreneurial mind-set and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. 7) Ability to collaborate and influence external and internal stakeholders. 8) Strong on regulatory compliance, RBI guidelines, legal and risk assessment and system orientation. Key Roles/Responsibilities : 1) Have strong relationships across the developer community in defined market . 2) Strong in micro & macro market analysis in terms of demand supply, price trends, new launches, client preferences etc. 3) Work closely with other stakeholders like legal, compliance, finance, audit from time to time for various due diligence, reporting etc. 4) Keep the management updated about key market drivers, competition etc. 5) Post Investment monitoring of the sales, price trends, escrow movements etc. to ensure healthy investment and exit from the project.
