Key Roles/Responsibilities: End-to-end responsibility across the investment life cycle, with maximum emphasis on deal evaluation and execution  - Deal Sourcing: Network with middle and senior management across corporate banking, project finance and strategic / distress / special situation units of banks, ARCs and with intermediaries including Insolvency Professionals to proactively identify assets that present potentially attractive investment opportunities. Likewise, network with CFOs/companies to ensure continuous additions to the deal pipeline from these sources  - Deal evaluation: Evaluate investment opportunities - industry, company, promoter, financial, legal, technical, ESG etc.  - Deal structuring: Create deal structures that can best address the requirements of various stakeholders - banks, ARCs, promoters/existing investors and the Fund  - Deal negotiations/execution: Play key role in discussions with banks either through OTS, sale to ARC or revised terms of lending, so as to secure attractive deal terms for the Fund; assist in negotiations with other stakeholders  - Post deal involvement: Work with portfolio companies (many of which will be owned and controlled by the Fund) on key drivers of turnaround  - Exit related: Play key role in securing refinancing of company debt/sale of equity stake to enable an exit for the Fund's investment in portfolio companies
