Specific responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership on the development of appropriate HR Policies across the Organization.
- Formulates innovative HR initiatives, combining strategic business plans with possible changes in the corporate culture and people management practices.
- Assess current and future policy requirements to support strategic aims in conjunction with the Organizations senior management
- Implementation of OD initiatives
- Research best practice to enable best design of Company policies
- Play a central role, in conjunction with the Head Human Resources in forward planning and strategy development for the organization as a whole.
- Lead development of policies which promote equality & diversity across the Organization
- Publish periodic HR metrics and insights to the management.
Purpose of the role:
The purpose of this role is to support HR Head in designing HR strategy, policies and procedures in line with the Organizations Strategic Plan. It is a key role in managing change and ensuring the achievement of the Organizations strategic goals through effective people management practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification and Skills:
- Should be two year full time passed out from IIMs
- Can be a fresher or worked in strategy firm in the area of HR
