Purpose of Job

- Lead the digital initiatives across Financial Services

Key stakeholders

External - IT Service Providers, Consultants, Startups

Internal - Business Stakeholders, Corporate IT

Reporting structure

Role directly reports to - CIO - Financial Services

Positions that report into this role - None

Essential Qualifications -

- Graduate, Post Graduate preferable

- B.E. in Computers/Information Technology discipline would be preferable

- PMP or similar certification would be an advantage

Essential Experience

1 8-10 Years of IT experience

2 Minimum 5 years of experience as Technology Project Manager

3 Minimum 2 years of experience with Digital technologies such as IoT, Analytics, Cloud, Mobility, AR, AI etc.

4 Should be well-versed with software development lifecycle and agile

5 Understanding of Financial Services / NBFC industry is desirable

Key Roles/ Primary Responsibilities:

This role, will be responsible for managing multiple projects across the customer life cycle management and come up with technology digital initiatives to drive and adopt the same. Primary responsibility would be to own the execution of Digital projects from conceptualization to post-implementation and coordinating with stakeholders such as management, SMEs and vendors.

- Key member of the FS IT, will work closely with the CIO for various Digital initiatives

- Should assist in defining and driving forward the digital roadmap

- Ideation, conceptualization & analysis of Digital opportunities across the FS value chain including digital workplace & customer experience

- Working closely with SMEs (management, business heads, support functions etc.) to elaborate digital transformation use cases

- Work closely with vendors for planning, executing & supporting Digital projects

- Provide program management support in terms of project updates, budgeting, benefit realization and alignment to strategy

- Engage with internal stakeholders to evangelize the benefits of Digital technologies and drive cultural change

- Actively research new trends and emerging technologies to see how they can bring business value

Desired Technical Competencies:

- Strong project management, vendor management, stakeholder management and budget management skills

- Good understanding of Digital technologies such as IoT, Analytics, Big Data, Cloud, Mobility, AI, AR, RPA etc.

- Experience in requirements analysis and solution design
