Job Description - Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- Work with the team in transaction appraisal & execution, including preparation of detailed Investment Memos of transactions, project evaluation, industry analysis, risk assessment & mitigation, financial analysis, sensitivity analysis and conducting site-visits.

- Developing financial and valuation models to assess the investment opportunity. The model should be built in manner such that it performs error free analysis after factoring all key assumptions emanating from the financial, commercial and legal due diligence and is flexible enough to factor in various scenario analysis both from cash flow and sensitivity perspective.

- Work with the teams including in legal documentation, execution and coordination between the customer, legal, operations, internal audit, accounts and treasury teams.

- Post Disbursement Portfolio Monitoring along with Asset Management team - To analyze actual performance and re-forecasted data, to compare with initial plan with reasons for variance.

Essential Qualifications - Chartered Accountant (1st Attempt rank holder) or MBA from Tier 1 institute

Essential Skills & Experience : 2 - 6 years of experience in structured financing with a Bank/ NBFC/ Private Equity/Investment Bank
