Job Description - Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- To assist the senior team members in deal evaluation, execution and monitoring.

- Assist in the analysis/due diligence effort for new deals.

- Prepare IC notes, financial models and presentation materials.

- Co-ordinate post IC documentation and disbursement processes with internal legal/finance teams.

Essential Skills & Experience

1-6 years in a credit role in a bank/NBFC, credit rating agencies or diligence teams of Big 4 firms. Should have handled appraisals/ diligence for large corporates. Experience in Structured financing preferred.

MBA/CA
