We are evaluating various ways to improve our internal processes, communications, and program management in order to improve our delivery commitments and service levels.  Roles and Responsibilities :   seek a Manager, Sales and Marketing, API to join our team in Mumbai and will develop and implement commercial strategies for Southeast Asia API, achieving regional sales and profit targets by maximizing the product portfolio, acquiring and managing relationships with customers.  General Responsibilities :   - Interact with regular customers to ensure continuity of existing businesses - from the time that orders are received to the time shipments are despatched as per customer requirement.   - Co-ordination with the planning / production and Export Logistics/Shipping team to ensure despatch as per customer time-lines, export shipping documentations are provided to the customer and ensure payments are received by due-dates from the customer.  - Responsibilities also include necessary interaction / co-ordination with various Depts. for samples, regulatory requirements, DMFs and other documentation for new customer & regulatory approvals to meet statutory requirements of the country  - Assist the regional business heads in day to day activities to ensure smooth functioning of the businesses and in the monthly order forecasting for production planning.  - Manage business development activities to add new customers and increase market coverage of existing range of products in untapped regions and new countries  - Identification of markets and customers for new products and products in pipe-line. Assist the regional heads for a successful launch and in ensuring sales of new products once commercialized.  - Maintaining a monthly sales order database and generating monthly sales reports at the end of each month.  - Provide market research, market intelligence and key information on international market trends and competition to help the division with future export strategies.  Skills and Qualification :   - Post Graduate from premier B School with 2 - 5 experience in API - Business Development
