Purpose: Present strong inputs and drive intelligence to ensure constant alignment of strategy to maximize customer wallet share.
- Assess market intelligence for all existing markets and offerings
- Evaluate new offerings that can be added to Piramal capabilities
- Help KAM manage the key accounts for monitoring our relationships and constantly develop plans to improve future course of actions
- Leverage a team of 4 to 5 resources and track sales over Salesforce
- Present Customer profiling and competitor profile to CEO, Business Development teams and Finance team.
- Creation of content for road show, trade show like DCAT, CPHI
- Help in evaluating M&A opportunities
