Essential Qualifications
Graduate/Post graduate in preferably technical or business streams (Engineering/MBA HR)
Essential Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of SAP HR functionality (Payroll, OM & PA) on advanced level is a must
- Expertise in PCR & Schemas is mandatory
- Should have worked extensively in implementation and support of Payroll India
- At least 2-3 full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation experience in HR Modules, (Project Preparation till Go-Live including Configuration), involving Payroll-India, OM and PA
- Knowledge of International Payroll will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of 3rd party tools such as Fusion along with interfacing of these tools into SAP, will be an added advantage

- Analysis of business requirements
- Design, configuration and testing in SAP HR Modules
- Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
- Must be an effective problem solver
